what could be the significance of colored expression editor.

I am calling constant from expression editor in order to display the URL link as below but if roll mouse to displayed link, it showing different than displayed one.
Please refer the attached screenshots for this issue.

Can someone please share your thoughts on this issue.

If you click the link I'm guessing it goes to the tooltip link? Yeah we are going to need to see the code for the link.

What happens if you copy + paste the displayed link to a browser? Where does that take you?
