Hi, Can anyone suggest a solution? How can I derive a registered Appian user from an email address.
Use case would be, the system receives an email. The process now needs to automatically associate with the user. I already know they are an authenticated user because I recognise the @company.com. Is there an OTB way to convert the email address to a user account? Thanks, James

It's not OTB but this plugin will do what you're wanting:
