We are trying to write a rule that given a user name will return the list of group names the user is a member of.

We have found in the Appian API OOTB rules for
a) Verify that the user is a member of a specific group
b) For getting the member (people) of a group
but we haven't been able to find exactly what we are looking for.

Do you have a suggestion or a recipe on how to find the groups a user is a member of?
