How do I escape the - character in an expression rule?
We want to write something like:
...
local!cookie:local!tokenResult.headers.Set-Cookie
...
but it confuses - in Set-Cookie with the minus sign.
The Set-Cookie is an http header in an http get and we have no control over this name.

Try index(local!tokenResult.headers, "Set-Cookie", {})

The below code also did work. Not sure it is a viable solution but seems easy.
local!cookie:local!tokenResult.headers.'Set-Cookie'
