We see a strage issue with the todate() function -
Example: In the database i have a datetime as "26-10-15 12:27:08.960000000 AM" and when i use todate() to convert this to date on the form , its getting displayed as 10/25/2015 .I am using now() to insert the datetime into the database while creating the record.

Any date while inserting in DB, irrespective of user timezone, first gets converted to GMT and get stored. If we retrieve any date from database, it gets converted to user timezone before getting displayed.
