Thanks Tom, the rule was creating issue in designer mode because in default query, it was trying to load too much data.

@rishub If your intention is to open the interface at any cost, make the query rule fail for time-being and then try to access the interface. The interface renders fine now because of the failure in query rule and you could continue with your work. Further I would like to suggest you to tackle the query rule (for instance, querying the data in batches) hereafter in such a way that this kind of issue is never caused again.
