I noticed an issue with date/times on Appian 7.11 when I run the following expression: fn!todatetime(fn!gmt("1/3/2003 12:00:00 AM")).
While my language settings are set to US English, I get the proper results of: Type-Date and Time with Timezone, Value- 1/3/2003 12:00 AM EST
When I change my language settings to French Canadian, I get the following error message: Erreur d’évaluation de l’expression at function fn!gmt: Could not cast from Time to Date and Time. Details: CastInvalidImpossible de convertir Time en Date and Time. Détails : CastInvalid
Is this a bug or do I need to make a change to the data in order to have the "todatetime" function work for French Canadian? I need this same rule to work for both languages. Thanks for any help you can provide!

Hi Wendy,
I believe you have to make a change to the way the data is formatted. With the changes to language, the system will expect different formats of the date.
In this case, if you change the value to "2003-1-3 00:00:00" it will work correctly for you.
