Issue with wherecontains() and semicolons

The wherecontains function is not returning the position of value in ; seperated array.

Could anyone explain why? Is there any alternative to extract the position of the value in the array?

Always remember, the array elements are differentiated with a ,(comma). If you see any ;(semicolon) in a array result, it means the target is not multiple type.(non array).
