Unable to parse a xml using xpathsnippet function

I am not able to parse a xml using xpathsnippet function when the xml contains the namespace and but i am able to do so when i delete the namespace from the xml. I want to know whether if there is a way we can still parse xml containing the namespace?

Hi, XPathSnippet function can use the namespace, as is shown in the follow example:
xpathsnippet(
snippet: "schema.datacite.org/.../datacite-example-full-v3.1.xml",
expression: "/*/*/*/*[namespace-uri()='http://datacite.org/schema/kernel-3' and name()='creatorName']"
)

@angelr is used this xpathsnippet(pv!xmlString,"//TestID","http://www.test.com") , but this did not work for me. Do you have any suggestions?

When I have used a similar kind of expression in the xpathsnippet function, it worked.
