Update Constant Smart Service

Hi nazeeft, please verify the configuration for the parameter "Constant" in the smart service. You need to Browse & Select the target Constant but not using the Expression Editor. If you have done it using the Expression Editor, please correct it because it reflects the value of the constant instead of Constant over there.

Hello Poornah, I tried both the ways. It is not working.

I guess the Error is because of mismatching data type. Can You please check the data type of the variable that is used in the Update Constant Smart service->Data tab->Node Inputs.
I tried you scenario, i took a constant pointing to an Image document. I requested user to upload a new image from Sail form, Updated the Constant with the User Uploaded image and verified the displaying the same one.

I also tried the same scenario instead of image I upload document..but the constant is not updated I am getting the error in update constant node..like this
"An error occurred while trying to update the constant. Constant: 68,380. New value: TypedValue[it=13,v=68481"
I tired many scenario I am failed for update the document in constant.

I am using same datatype..even I am getting the problem

can You Provide the Code snippet that is used in the SAIL, and Also for Update Constant Smart Services Data Input tab(both for Constant* (Content Constant) and New Value * (Any Type)

Hi nazeeft, I tried through a SAIL form as well. I did not see any problem in updating the constant through a pv of type document. I have uploaded different kinds of documents each time like .xlsx, .docx, .png etc. through the SAIL form. It passed in every scenario. Please find the simple code snippet that I have tried and the snapshots of smart service configurations of Data Inputs tab.

Please let me know if you need help further.
