Get soc ID from path /Get documents from folder

I have folder path (eg Community Test->KC Test>Test Folder), is there any way to get folder id from path.
Or is there any way to get all docs from folder through path.

Thanks Sanjay. I achieved it with findfoldersbyname() function.
