Facing issue while retrieving the data from database

I am facing a weird issue. I am having a queryEntity which fetches the data from database. This rule returns the data correctly if I pass batchSize as -1. But when I pass batchSize as 5 its giving error. PFA the screenshot for the same. (Appian v 7.11)

Also there are less rows in database.
Server health is fine. DB server space is also enough.

Let me know if anyone faced this issue previously.

This issue is resolved now. There was issue with DB table.
