saving local variable value in to ri of type cdt

First of all is the local variable defined in the load ?

please share code snippet, only reason why u can not save could be ur trying to save inside a With ()

Are you sure is the both variables are in same type?If possible can you share your code snippet then It would be easy to address the issue.

Hi Dharsana, you can do  a!save(ri!ruleInput,local!variable). Please ping us what is the issue you are facing or share us  the code while doing a!save()
If  you might need to use other way in Expression Rule instead of a!save, then
