Related Action Shortcuts

Hi,

Is there a way to add logic to the visibility of a specific related action shortcut within a view within a record? Or would it have to be a new view altogether?

Any insight would be appreciated!

  • I'm confused about what the question is here:
Designers can choose to altogether not show related action shortcuts on a given view. That's a view setting.
Designers can also choose to create visibility settings on the related action.
If you want to be able to start the same process from different record views, but only show the button under certain circumstances, you could create the related action twice, configure visibility differently on each, and assign those different versions to each record view.
