Hello Appian Community,
so I have a service desk application where my users can submit tickets for problems found and features that they want added.
in this application I have an update case option where I would like to be able to access the Appian User's information shown in yellow here
and prepopulate these fields when the user updates the primary POC,
I can access the current users info,
should I as an admin be able to reassign someone?
if so how can I access that information?

Kevin, could you provide a larger screen capture, that one even when magnified is illegible.
I am trying a user picker ( green) to auto populate all of the yellow fields, sorry for the bad picture
is this one better?
