User demonstrated an error that is continuously occurring for them. The functionality previously worked for the user. I do not receive the error following the same steps. The error also has no details and it is not shown in the tomcat logs. What can I look in to?

Hi, simply open the rule and pass logged in user as the user who is facing the issue you might get something.
The app server log should have the error message with additional details (if any). I would double check that you are looking at the correct environment's log files for the correct day (maybe the user's screenshot is from a different day). Another log you can try checking is the design_error log. Hope this helps!
