Tempo UI screen is continously refreshing while logging into the tempo UI direct

Tempo UI screen is continously refreshing while logging into the tempo UI directly or via designer interface.This issue is happening while the server is up and running.
This environment was working fine previously without any issue. Actually no changes was made to the configuration files. No error seen in the application server log.
We use JBoss server 6.2 and the client browser IE 10.
Only for the Appian administrator the screen loads and stays. Still there also the records keep refreshing.
Kindly guides us on the above issue....
