Is it possible to put a!safeLink ( example in section nr.2) on confirmation of a!buttonWidget (section nr.1) so that after confirmation, link navigates back do desired location?
In my case back to Record list view. So that user after confirmation returns directly to list view, without having to click back on summary screen.

It's not possible to add safe link in Submit button. Instead you can try with record action , it will directly land into record list view.
