Hi,been awhile figuring the solution but to no luck. I have this model where there is an email which has attachment (document) to trigger the my process. Document attachment (PDF, Doc and etc) will be then review by the approved, and once approved the approver will upload a signature via mobile. Now I need to email back the doc together with the approver's signature via send email node through attachment. I've been getting error on attaching the files.

"There is a problem with task “Send Approved Email” in the process “Email Test”. Failed to process attachments"

Have set pv's where all document will be appended. Pv's attribute are Multiple and document as type. I also append when saving document on pv. TIA!...

Already figure this out guys. I can't process attachment right away so what I did is create a separate process just to listen for the email then make sub-process for appending the document then send via "Send Email" node. If you have any inputs or suggestion please let me know. Thanks!
