Hello,I am using Appian version 24.3, and it's a licensed environment and not community edition. I have three different environments available - Dev, Test, and Production. I am currently working on the Dev environment. I want to remove the following Appian default components from my Sites.1. Appian logo on the top right corner which has "Powered by Appian" as tooltip text. It was removable in version 23.3 but I don't see any option in the newer version. I am aware of the option to add custom logo (it is on the top left of the site), but it doesn't remove the Appian logo.
2. 'Process HQ' webpage from the navigation list. I want to remove it for all users.I have attaches an annotated picture of the UI below.

If you want to remove the logo, you could simply replace it by an image that matches the background color. For process HQ, I would follow Mike Schmitt 's suggestion for removing the rule.
You can define it in the Site Settings
I defined a custom logo, but the small Appian logo top right hand is still there.
And this is in a user-facing Site? Can you post a screenshot (redacted as necessary)?
Yes, it is an user-facing site and I am not accessing it as a designer but as a basic user (created for testing purposes). I have added another screenshot with parts of the logo visible on top left corner. I am new to Appian so what does pre-GA version mean as mentioned by Stefan and how is it different from the final version? How do I preview the site in the final version?Thank you.
Can you post a screenshot of your current settings in the "Logo" line item under the "Navigation Bar" section in the Site Configuration?

Stefan's team has access to a special preview version of the next (yet unreleased) major Appian version - it's not anything we need to worry about per se, as I'm on the version you originally mentioned and I can confirm that my sites (with correctly configured branding) work the way you're requesting, as far as I can tell.
Yes, I have attached the screenshot here. And thank you for explaining the pre-GA thing in detail!PS - I tried changing it from Document to Expression as you have it set up and then add a constant but it's not helping either.

Either of those should work about the same. To verify, when you still see the Appian logo instead of your chosen branding logo, you're looking at the actual site referenced by the site configuration you've screenshotted here, and not Tempo, correct?
Because in my environments the only place I still see the Appian logo is in Tempo (environmentUrl/suite/tempo) as opposed to in any configured sites (environmentUrl/suite/sites/siteName).
If in doubt, Tempo isn't used much anymore, but is still accessible. Based on the screenshot you posted before I'm not actually sure what we're looking at.
It is not the tempo but the actual site. And I am seeing both logos (the one i uploaded on top left and Appian on top right, or both logos on top right - depending on Helium or Mercury styling). It just doesn't completely remove the Appian logo.
Weird - assuming you're on a full/paid version of Appian Cloud, I'm unable to reproduce this issue and it seems like our setups should be equivalent - you could try opening a support case with Appian support to see what they have to say.
If you're using the Appian Community Edition though, i believe they have an internal configuration set that forces the Appian logo to still display despite any branding overrides (i just tested to confirm). But I don't think this should apply to full/paid editions (as far as I know).
Thank you! I'll contact the support team.
Hi, same problem mentioned by others. Appian logo visible on the top right.
I contacted support and they said the logo is not removable.
