We tried access a form and the following problem appeared:

Anyone have some ideia about this case ?

Have a look at the file upload component on the form looks like it's configured incorrectly where have you set it to upload the document to?

This can happen if there is any expression on the form which is failing. Check if there is any such expression which is causing the problem in specific case.

yes. we revise all the components and expressions. we tried change the directory manually and the error keeps.

Try stripping out the fields one by one till you find the root cause. The error message does point to "inlinefileupload46".
Also take a look at all db_PX*.log and the application-server log for more information on this error.

That does look like one of the acp is not being saved into a pv of the same datatype.
For example datatype 'date' being saved into 'date and time'
