We tried access a form and the following problem appeared:

19:24:21,164 INFO [stdout] (ajp-/0.0.0.0:8009-11) 2015-02-24 19:24:21,162 [ajp-/0.0.0.0:8009-11] ERROR com.appiancorp.process.runtime.forms.FormUtils - The task [name=Realizar Tratativa] with [id=78076] has the following runtime mismatch problem: O valor fornecido para "inlinefileupload46" na configuração do campo de formulário "Default Value" não corresponde ao tipo esperado (Folder). Valor: ERROR:Work item cancelled.

Anyone have some ideia about this case ?

Try stripping out the fields one by one till you find the root cause. The error message does point to "inlinefileupload46".
Also take a look at all db_PX*.log and the application-server log for more information on this error.
