File upload component for a specific user account throws an error message - "The upload for file <fileName> exceeded the time limit. Please try uploading it again." or "The file couldn't be uploaded. Please try uploading it again". The same component works perfect for other users on the same server. Attached excerpts from server log. Please advise.
For a quick reference, this is what is logged on the server
