Question on images and forms

Hello everyone!

I need to be able to do this inside a form:
- Select an image;
- Be able to highlight some points in that image;
- Save the new highlighted image.

An example is provided in the image attached. In black is the original image selected. In red are the highlights, and the new highlighted image.

Any idea what would be the best approach to do this?
