Slow File Uploads

We had a same problem before , increased CPU and memory instance and now it is super speed :)

And try using chrome most of the time

we are using AWS

In any scenario, a 4mb file taking 2 minutes to upload is a reasonably large problem. I'd recommend a proper investigation on your environment before increasing resource as you might just mask an underlying issue.

If you haven't made use of the Health check through the forum it might be interesting - also consider Appian Labs initially in case you have design flaws which are contributing to unnecessary environment load.
