Slow File Uploads

Hi,
We are on a cloud implementation. Has anyone experienced slow file uploads? We are not doing anything special with our file upload but some users just have a 4 MB file and it takes over 2 minutes to upload.
The browser used was IE 11.

    In any scenario, a 4mb file taking 2 minutes to upload is a reasonably large problem. I'd recommend a proper investigation on your environment before increasing resource as you might just mask an underlying issue.

    If you haven't made use of the Health check through the forum it might be interesting - also consider Appian Labs initially in case you have design flaws which are contributing to unnecessary environment load.
