Capture delete row event in portal editable grid

Thanks stefan for quick answer, But i am not submitting form. In my case row represent the holder for permit and we have share percent as one column. whenever user removes the holder from table share percent gets recalculated.
I can mimic the delete function of row using selection and delete button, but functionality is already on production and we are looking for minimal changes
