First there is a spell error in a!documentImage. Hope you are taking the document from a constant or using a rule input variable of type Document here. Providing the document name as text wont work here. Are you using it within a rich text component? Something like this,
a!richTextDisplayField(
value: a!richTextImage(
value: {
a!documentImage(
document: xxdocumentNamexx
)
}
)
)
If yes and still issue exist, please paste your complete code.

And attribute of a!richTextImage is "image" and not "value".
a!richTextDisplayField(
value: a!richTextImage(
image: {
a!documentImage(
document: xxdocumentNamexx
)
}
)
)

Yes , I have my code in the same way , if I put the same image using the image field it showing up , but not when I use a!richTextImage .
Any clues ? if the size of the image matters ?

I don't think the size should necessarily matter. For the document parameter in a!documentImage(), give the document's ID (which you can find by locating to where the document is stored in the Knowledge Center & clicking "Properties").
