not able to render the image documents when we use richTextImage function - seeing an cross mark as the image -

a!richTextImage(
value:{
a!documetImage(
document: xxdocumentNamexx
)}
)

I don't think the size should necessarily matter. For the document parameter in a!documentImage(), give the document's ID (which you can find by locating to where the document is stored in the Knowledge Center & clicking "Properties").
