Records are not going to the right group

Hi -
I apologize if I'm not clear explaining this. I have a particular record that is being created in Appian that I can't seem to assign to a group. I have a group called ICP US that I'm trying to have automatically assigned these records that are created, but any thing I've configured, no one in the ICP US group is receiving a Task for the record.
Does anyone know how to fix this?
Thanks!

could you please provide some other details like is the record a process backed record or an entity backed record, and also could you check whether what viewer rights are given to this record.

Lisa, do you mean to be assigning 'tasks' to a specific group? Records are not assigned to anyone, rather a certain group of user can navigate to the records tab and access the record information. I'm not sure what you mean by "task for the record".

Under "Actions" we have something called an Intercompany Charge Request form - once it's completed, I believe the Receiving Country gets a Task to review the record and approve it. The issue I am having is that anything with Poland specifically does not generate a task.
So for the one screenshot (Poland_recordview) I can see that the one user can view and click into the records created, but they aren't getting any tasks for them to look at that record (task view).
Hopefully that makes more sense? My apologies - I'm not sure how to tell if this is record based or entity based.

Ok , Here is my understanding on the information which you gave,
1. User clicks on "Intercompany Change Request form",
2.Receiving country would receive a Task.
3.Once the task is reviewed he might approve or reject.
Could you clarify the following for me :)
1.Does the Task which is generated contains any Link to view records, (basically I wanted to know how the user is viewing the records)
2.Does the user approves the request from Tasks?

Essentially if the user clicks on one of the Tasks, it brings up the record in question for them to Accept, then Approve. I think that might answer both of your questions?
I added a new group, and now when I try to create the Intercompany Change Request, I get the attached error - something about a problem with the task "Post Request to Feed". I think I am on the right track, but not quite there yet?

Lisa, I would recommend verifying group's security settings and current state.
