User Interface
Working Indicator not fuctioning in Portal Interface

We are currently upgrading from 7.9 to 16.3.
The working indicator is not functioning in the portal interface. From the release notes of 16.1 it looks like there was a change for the Tempo interface which may have caused it to break in portal. Our users rely on this indicator heavily. We do get a faint 'working...working..' text either on the very bottom of the screen or on the very top (in pop-up windows). It looks like it's outside the page or a section tag. Please see the attached word doc with screen shots. The indicator is functioning correctly in Tempo however. Thank you.
FYI - Release notes for 16.1:
Working Indicator Delay
For SAIL re-evaluations that are not triggered by a button or a link, the "Working..." indicator at the top of the screen now only appears if the re-evaluation takes longer than 500 milliseconds.

Although existing Portal Forms can be used modern versions of Appian, Portal Forms are deprecated and will be removed sometime in the near future. Moving from 7.9 to 16.3, you've probably noticed a few changes.
I understand that depending on your forms, it may not be a straight-forward task, but I would encourage you to consider starting the transition, as bug fixes are not released for deprecated features. There is a lovely, bold yellow working indicator in SAIL/Tempo forms that could assist your User requirements.. Hope this helps?
