DRAFT KB-XXXX Cleanup script also removes archived kdb files

Symptoms

After running the Cleanup script with syntax <APPIAN_HOME>/server/_scripts/cleanup.bat(.sh) logs -delete -keep <# of days of logs kept>, archived *.kdb files are deleted in addition to the log files:

[exec] Deleting: <APPIAN_HOME>/services/data/archived/*/*.kdb

Cause

This issue has been addressed via AN-146512 in the following hotfixes/versions:

• 19.2 Hotfix Package H
• 19.1 Hotfix Package K
• 18.4 Hotfix Package O
• 18.3 Hotfix Package R

Action

Apply the latest hotfix to your Appian installation or upgrade to the latest version of Appian.

Affected Versions

This article applies to Appian 18.3 and later.
