KB-2102 "An error occurred while retrieving the report" thrown when accessing process reports

Symptoms
The following error is seen when accessing process reports:
An error occurred while retrieving the report.
The corresponding error message is seen in the application server log:
ERROR com.appiancorp.process.analytics2.display.ProcessAnalyticsReportData - com .appiancorp.kougar.mapper.exceptions.ReturnException: java.lang.ClassCastException: java.lang.Integer cannot be cast to java.lang .String unable to convert <[collection class]> of type <class java.util.Arrays$ArrayList> to type <class com.appiancorp.process.analytics2.service.ReportResultPageRows>
Cause
This issue has been addressed via AN-135990 in the following hotfixes/versions:

- 18.4 Hotfix Package O
- 18.3 Hotfix Package R
- 18.2 Hotfix Package T
- 18.1 Hotfix Package Q
Apply the latest hotfix to your Appian installation or upgrade to the latest version of Appian.
