Appian Forum is a mission-critical site that contains functionality such as Support Case Management, Health Check processing, account management, etc.
The site will be undergoing extended maintenance from February 7th 6PM EST to February 9th 6PM EST. During this time Forum and its functionality will be unavailable.
Maintenance windows will not be scheduled for times during the Forum maintenance window. Appian Support will reschedule any windows currently scheduled during this window.
Issues normally reported in support cases will follow one of the following actions depending on if the issue is entitled to 24x7 support:

As Health Check will not be available on Forum during this maintenance, Health Check submissions will fail as outlined in KB-1979. To account for this customers should either:
After the maintenance window, some traffic from static content will be served from web-assets.appian-cdn-gov.com and web-assets-gov.appiancloud.com and traffic from these endpoints will be required to access Forum. Customers who have network policies which utilize allow listing to access Forum may need to update their policies to allow these URLs.
