KB-1166 Users are unable to drag and drop nodes into the Process Modeler

Symptoms

In the Process Modeler, the user is unable to drag and drop nodes into the workspace.

Cause

The browser zoom of the Process Modeler window is something other than 100%.

Action

To resolve the issue, set the zoom to 100% by pressing Ctrl+0.
