While using BIG-IP system, users are unable to reach HTTPS sites from Appian. When attempting to connect, HTTP response returns 403.
The SSL certificate is missing or does not have the entire certificate chain.
Using a third-party network capturing tool will assist in determining if the entire chain certificate is present.
Ensure that the SSL profile contains the entire certificate chain.
