KB-1473 "The K tree is incomplete. This file cannot be repaired" error thrown after running the repair script

Symptom

After running the repair script, the following error is seen in the console:

"FATAL com.appian.server.tools.repair.Log - The K tree is incomplete. This file cannot be repaired."

Cause

The above error indicates an issue with the engines. The KDB is unable to be repaired due to an inconsistency in the engines.

Action

Create a support case with Appian Technical Support to determine the best path forward.
