KB-1474 Record links inside of tasks displayed in Sites redirect users to Tempo unexpectedly

This issue has been resolved in an Appian hotfix/new Appian version. Please apply the latest hotfix to your Appian installation or upgrade to the latest version of Appian.

Symptoms

When navigating to a record link (constructed via a!recordLink()) from a task inside of an Appian Site, users will be redirected to Tempo unexpectedly.

Cause

This issue has been resolved via AN-86137 in the following Appian hotfixes/versions:

Appian 17.2 Hotfix Package C
Appian 17.3

Action

Apply the latest hotfix to your Appian installation or upgrade to the latest version of Appian.
