Hey,
"Document Access connected system should not be null or empty" Error message is displaying however i am providing a valid corporate email id. Any solution ?
Hello, please try using the latest update (CP v5.0 + CSP v3.0) - thank you!
Yes i have already done that . The reason for this issue is that new version of Apryse is still not available which will be compatible with new connected system version .
No, In the Conncted system plugin,
In the Upload Document as a User required field, enter your user as a text string (f.e. user@email.com)
Refer the Installation steps here Integrate PDF, Office Viewer and Editor into Appian | Apryse
what you mean by valid email ?? Do you mean that email id should be registered at Apryse website ?
Hi Sparshs,
Did you install both Connected System and component plug in?
If yes, make sure the Conncted system would have the valid User email . please refer to this Appian WebViewer | Appian Component Plugin for Document Viewing, Editing, Manipulating | Apryse SDK
Earlier I faced the same problem But after providing the valid user email in connected system, I can view the document.
Thanks
