Email Reply Parser

Overview

Any application that handles emails can take advantage of this plugin to save, display, or process only the new content in a reply to an email thread. This allows for much cleaner display of email content, storing just the new information sent, or even translating just the new content using Appian AI services.

Key Features & Functionality

Parses email body text into fragments (as CDT instances) indicating whether they are considered "visible" or not. Quoted reply text and signatures are not considered visible, though it is still returned and noted as such, should you desire to use this data.
