This Plug-in contains Functions and Smart Services that allow users to create and read email files containing all e-mail attributes, i.e. to, cc, bcc, from, subject, body, content type, and attachments. The generated file can be read by any email client that support EML files, such as Outlook Express and Windows Live Mail. The Plug-in and a help guide are provided with this listing.
This version is for Appian 25.2 and above. Customers on a lower version of Appian that want to install this plugin can find the latest jar for Appian 25.1 and earlier version by downloading from the AppMarket.

We have upgraded an environment to 25.2 and are getting errors when using this plugin to create an email from a template. Has anyone else had issues with this? Were you able to resolve the issues? Is there another option for creating emails?

Hi all! As an update, the latest plug-in update is now 25.2 compatible can can be installed via the Admin Console. If you have already obtained a 25.2 compatible version of the plug-in via support case, I can confirm it is the same version as on the app market.
Appian has a patch for the plugin. If you create a case they may be able to install it for you or supply you is the patch.
