Hey Michael, just an FYI, we fixed our reports not syncing issue. The Report record was pointing to a different Database than the process model syncing. We matched them up and it started working immediately.
You can always use newer versions of the plugins. In the case with Content tools you can use any version except for 1.7.2 which has a bug that will effect the app.
As for dictionary manipulation, I may update it in the future. Although deprecated, this plugin will not be removed - the deprecation is simply because similar functions are now available out of the box.
Hello,
reading the attached documentation, the application seems to have a dependency on plug-ins that are either deprecated e.g. Dictionary Manipulation, or superseded e.g. Content Tools v 1.6 (current version 1.8.1).
Is the documentation up to date or is there a planned release that will remove deprecated plug ins and the dependency on superseded versions
Hi Michael, no, the immediate sync still is not working. We are using Microsoft sql server for the database.
Were you ever able to resolve this? Out of curiosity what type of database are you using? It's extremely odd that the manual sync works but the immediate sync does not.
If you'd like to fix it now the update is to the AH Create Report process model. Update the code in Set Application from:
pv!application
to
if( rule!AH_isBlank(pv!report.application), pv!application, pv!report.application)
That's the wrong plug-in, you want this one: community.appian.com/.../end-user-reporting-charts
This looks like a setting at the environment level that's preventing files with the zip extension. Check the file upload page in your admin console.
That worked. I think I used every other operator but that one. Thank you
