Hi Mike, we have used this plugin in our application. In light of the recent discovery of vulnerabilities with log4j2, we would like to know if this plugin uses the affected version Log4j2, and if yes, would you release an updated version of this plugin to counter the exploit of vulnerability?

We have checked all of the plug-in we use including this one.

Plug-ins checked  mainly refer to the version included in Appian and doesn't contains there own versions, sometime use version 1.x sometimes 2.x. I don't remember for this one but because referring to the j4log included in Appian, the update of Appian seem sufficient to resolve the potential issue.

This is probably not true for all plugins in the market. We have found one of those we use (XML Parser) where log4j is embedded but fortunately a version 1.x
