The HHM application enables supervisors to build, monitor, and control appointment schedules and routing based on nurse certification levels, appointment type, and current nurse availability. Blue Prism robots monitor this scheduling process and automatically log the appointment details in the patient’s EMR.
  • Efficiently monitor and maintain schedules from one central location. Managers have a real-time view of the locations and schedules of all Nurses in the field.
  • Validate patient identity in real-time, saving time and improving the patient’s experience. Nurses instantly upload photos and e-signatures that are used to validate patient identity on the spot.
  • Improve and support patient and Nurse safety with instant notifications that allow on-site Nurses to alert their supervisor of domestic or clinical emergencies providing critical information to the right decision makers for faster response times and better outcomes. Site photos are uploaded and used to provide real-time critical information on site and stored with the case for later evaluation and documentation.
  • Identify key insights and trends with the right information to improve service delivery. Key data can be tracked, such as appointment history, historical vitals, services rendered, and observations.
