Hi adithyay811,Thanks for reaching out, Can you confirm that you are using the latest version of the plugin if so share the steps for reproducing the issue or the .msg file used.Regards,Vignesh E
Hi,
I'm trying to use the above plugin to convert .msg to .html files. I was able to retrieve all the outputs of the smart service. But, the generated document is null / blank. Can some one suggest what needs to be done?
Hi jeremya0001,
The "Generated Document" output from the smart service has the HTML file output of the email. You can directly use this document as a source document in HTML to PDF smart service.
If you expect body HTML as the text output, It is not advised to get the body HTML text as the output from the smart service as the text will be soo large when the MSG file has multiple thread messages.
Please let us know if you have any questions.
Thanks.
raghulvishnud can you add the bodyhtml in the output? I have a need to convert the HTML MSG to PDF using HTML to PDF smart service.
HI Max Weiner
We will add this to our backlog and add the support in the next version
raghulvishnud looks like indexof() could be updated to use lastIndexOf() to solve their problem.
I have an issue where the MSG file has an attachment named like "3.2.2022 File.txt" throwing error saying prefix is too short.
