Create Encrypted Zip

I am facing an issue while using this plugin. I want to create a password protected zip and while executing this plugin, it creates the zip but it is not password protected zip file. Also, while I trying to extract the files from zip, getting error for all the files in zip.

We attempted to replicate the issue, but everything seems to work fine. Could you please send us the input documents used in the smart service and specify which software you used to extract the files?

Thanks Snehasri S . Its working with 3rd party software. Problem is with Windows default Zip Extract Feature.

Kindly try using 7-Zip or WinZip instead of the Windows ExtractAll feature to extract files, as the plugin supports both.

Thanks for your response. Please check below all the screenshots step  by step to create this issue. You can use any pdf files. I am trying to extract using Windows default feature "Extract All".
