From the first claimant contact, through the final claim disposition and settlement, the Rapid Claims applications efficiently handles all processing workflow and task management, documents, estimates, claim diaries and fraud investigation tracking required to manage insurance claims.  This application provides efficient workflow and data collection functions to Insurance Claims Processing departments that may have outgrown the ability to handle large volumes of paper forms and documents or can no longer work around the limitations of legacy system tools.  It can co-exist with existing systems thereby enhancing user experience, providing document and data management capabilities and overall process work flow, without changing key systems of record for claimant data.

FNOL (First Notification Of Loss)
Customers expect responsive and empathetic service from their insurance providers when they file an insurance claim. Good customer service is one that is easy to communicate with and provides faster resolutions.
Our Rapid Claims application helps insurance companies quickly receive claims in their system. It provides multiple channels for the customer to report their loss or damage.

  • Cut down claim intake time by streamlining the FNOL process with an Intelligent Contact Center - Customers can choose their preferred mode of communication.
    • Google Assistant - Anyone can use the JUNO, our assistant from the ease of their mobile phones and raise claims via voice to text features.
    • Phone Intake - Interactive Voice Response System(IVRS) helps the customer to know their new premium amount/due and also has an ability to lodge a claim.
    • ChatBot - Chat view can be integrated with the insurance company website to lodge a claim without filling any forms/papers manually.
    • Whatsapp - Integration with WhatsApp provides an easy and commonly used channel to communicate with their insurance companies.
  • More Insights - Automatically provides the agent complete history of a customer, policy details, current, and past claims, last interactions and more, just based on their registered phone numbers.
  • Automatic claim creation from email, google assistant(Juno), and ChatBot. No need to spend time on valid information, our system intelligently identifies the information and bypasses the intake process.

  • Damage Assessment - This module is flexible to handle and allocate the estimate for specific perils and its loss, they can define the reserve amounts and increase at any time with Claim manager approval and settle it to Policyholder, Vendor or Financial institute in parts.
  • Reports - The system generates reports based on the different statuses of claims, total settlement value across all claims handled in the system and key performance indicators on the time taken by adjusters to resolve claims.
