This Smart Service allows you to digitally sign and/or certify a PDF document within a process. Digital signatures establish authorship, ensure document integrity, and can replace time-consuming manual signature steps.
See Adobe's website for more information on digital signatures in PDF documents: https://helpx.adobe.com/acrobat/kb/certificate-signatures.html
It shows "Signature Not Verified" in our case.
Hi ,
We are using this smart service for signing pdf documents with corporate certificate (pfx).
What I want to know is how to make the certificate trusted without any intervention on client side?
BR,Natasa
this plug in is working fine with local key-store uploaded on appian but is there a way to use it with personal key-store installed on local mashines?
will this plug-in also used for digital sealing ?
Wonder why this was deprecated...docuSign is pay per use and doesn't support PKI signature without additional configuration. What if we just want to sign a PDF with an appian certificate and take the user's credentials to place some info in the signature field? This seems like a slam dunk OOTB configuration....
Hi abeerm and haidera0001 - you may want to post your question in the Discussions area for Plug-ins as it will get more visibility there: https://community.appian.com/discussions/f/plug-ins
Please note this plug-in has not been updated in almost 5 years and there is new functionality and plug-ins, such as the DocuSign Connected System, which may help you accomplish this. https://community.appian.com/b/appmarket/posts/sign-pdf-document
Please if anyone used this plugin, share with us your experience
Has anyone used this plug-in? Can you share your experience?
