The SmartCOMM Connected System allows users to search SmartCOMM templates and generate drafts with Template Selector ID. Integrate SmartCOMM seamlessly into your business workflows by selecting relevant templates with the Search Template Integration, generate Drafts with Appian data for a template with the Generate Draft with Template Selector ID Integration, and Finalize edited Drafts with the Finalize Draft with Draft XML Integration.

The Connected System also boasts Client APIs tailored for the SmartCOMM Draft Editor Component. Download the component to embed the SmartCOMM draft editor into your Appian document workflows.

Key Features & Functionality

1. Search Template Selectors - Searches and retrieves a list of template selectors by name.
2. Generate Draft with Template Selector ID - Allows users to specify the data that should be filled in a template selector and save the generated draft document in Appian.
3. Finalize Draft with Draft XML - Allows users to download a document generated from Draft XML into the Appian Knowledge Center.
