Thread Style Commenting

Overview

Use this application to allow users to collaborate on a record, hold discussions, track work items, and resolve items as necessary. Thread Style Commenting (TSC) expands upon the basic commenting work seen in most applications, and allows users to organize their comments in both channels and threads even if it is on the same record. This allows for multiple discussions to take place in the context of a single record. Upvoting and resolving comments allows for easy indication of agreement or closure of a comment.
